All-American Air Systems provides a comprehensive maintenance program which features a 35 point checklist designed to not only insure proper performance from your comfort system but to save you money in the form of lower heating and cooling costs as well as special discounts for priority clients who participate in our Planned Maintenance program.
Our Planned Maintenance program provides inspections and cleanings of your heating and cooling system twice yearly (usually in the spring and fall). Although scheduled maintenance inspections/cleanings do not guarantee against breakdown, this planned maintenance program does help to prolong the life of your system(s) as well as avoid costly repairs This service is performed by highly skilled professionals and is designed to give you priority service over non-agreement clients.
What is priority service?
Suppose your comfort system has an untimely breakdown. As a priority client your service call goes to the front of the line when we have other non-agreement customers scheduled for service. Besides priority client status and the benefit of an efficiently operating system, you receive special discounts on repairs as well as discounts on new products you purchase from us.

What does it include?
35 point Check List - Identifies areas of concern and includes the following:
1) Visually inspect/clean air handler/furnace and condensing unit.
2) Monitor refrigerant and adjust as necessary.
3) Check and clean/replace filters.
4) Check/treat drain pans and condensate drain.
5) Oil motors as necessary.
6) Check wiring and electrical connections.
7) Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
8) Check all thermostat operations.
9) Check heat system.
10) Immediately report specific problems (if any) to owner and provide firmly quoted repair costs.
